Kim graduated as a dentist from Bristol Dental School with Honors in 2005. She undertook her Vocational Training year here at Irish, King and Associates before moving to Cardiff to do further General Professional Training in Restorative Dentistry, Oral Medicine and Community Dentistry. She then returned to Exeter where she worked for a year as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital. She then practiced as a Dental Associate at Chudleigh Dental Practice for over 10 years. More recently she has worked in Private Practice treating many anxious patients.

During this time, she has also gained post graduate qualifications. It was during her BUOLD studies in Periodontology that she discovered a passion for the treatment of Periodontal Disease which has led to her decision to become a Dentist exclusively undertaking hygiene treatment. Kim is delighted to be back working here at Irish and King where her career started. She has a gentle, kind patient centered approach to hygiene treatment and is passionate about Oral Health Education, often giving talks at local primary schools.

Kim is also Welsh. She has been married to her husband Dan for over 12 years and they have three young children. Kim spends all her free time with her family and loves watching her children take part in all their sporting activities.
